Letter From the Prez

Our Oak Creek tourney was a great success and I thank everyone who attended. This tourney was a lot of fun, the weather was wonderful, and the fish cooperated for most of us. We had 29 members and 6 quests fishing who caught 118 fish weighing 268.75 lbs for an average of 2.28 lbs/fish.

The winners were:

1st Josh Pasco – 12.90 lbs; 2nd Jay Kirk – 12.57 lbs; 3rd Dale Mansfield – 11.09 Lbs

Big Fish David Stone – 6.83 lbs; 2nd Big Fish Dow Scott – 6.03 lbs

Please check the attached point standings to see if we captured the numbers right.

May Tourney at Lake Amistad

The May tourney will be held at Lake Amistad on May 5 and 6. Weigh in will be at Rough Canyon. Rusty Troutz is the Tournament Director 432-553-7645 c.

Fishing times:

Saturday – Safe light to 3:00 pm weigh in closes at 3:30

Sunday – Safe light to 2:00 pm weigh in closes at 2:30
